• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

• The personal information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

mycuci1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility requirements are found not to have been satisfied. Funds held in ineligible accounts will be subject to review and, in cases of fraud or misrepresentation, may be withheld pending investigation.

Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to notify mycuci1 promptly of any changes to this information.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, mycuci1 requires completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months.
• A clear selfie photograph of the Member holding the submitted photo identification document beside their face.
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of the registered e-wallet or bank account clearly displaying the Member's name.

KYC documents are reviewed within a standard processing period of 24 to 48 hours. mycuci1 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Accounts for which KYC verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal functionality suspended until satisfactory documentation is received.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on mycuci1. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds therein.

5.1 Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, and wagering activities on mycuci1 are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to player transactions.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; direct bank wire transfers within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All sporting events, live casino games, and slot game outcomes are governed by their respective individual game rules as published on the Platform. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

• mycuci1 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in circumstances of obvious error, including but not limited to pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures.

• Registration or use of an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account credentials.
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, glitches, or any technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward mycuci1 staff or other platform users.

All content appearing on the mycuci1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, game assets, brand identifiers, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of mycuci1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of mycuci1.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mycuci1 expressly excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

1. Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform or any Services thereon;
2. Any interruption, suspension, delay, error, or cessation of the Platform or any component thereof;
3. Any loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
4. Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
5. Any gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform's Services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mycuci1's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

• Cooling-off periods — temporarily pause account activity for periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.
